INGREDIENTS:

200 grams mushrooms, 

2 teaspoons minced garlic, 

1 medium onion, minced, 3-4 teaspoons butter, 

2 teaspoons flour, 

Salt to taste, 

2 tablespoons fresh cream, 

2 tablespoons sweet corn, 

2 teaspoons pepper powder, 

2 cheese cubes or slices, 

2 cups chicken or vegetable stock


METHOD:

Wash and clean the mushrooms well. Cut them into thin slices. Then heat the pan on the stove. Add butter and garlic to it. Stir the garlic and add the onion. Fry well. When the onion turns pink, add sweet corn and mushrooms. Then add salt. Since you are using butter and cheese, add salt wisely. Do not add too much salt at first, check the taste and add salt. After that, cover the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove the cover and mix the pepper powder and flour. Stir and add chicken or vegetable stock. Keep the soup on low heat and boil for 10-15 minutes. At the very end, add the cheese. When the cheese melts, add fresh cream to it. Boil the soup well and thicken it. Creamy cheese mushroom soup is ready.
