CHICKEN MANCHURIAN SOUP RECIPE 2025 /चिकन मंचूरियन सूप रेसिपी २०२५

INGREDIENTS:
White oil- 3 spoons
Chopped garlic
Chopped onion
Chicken pieces- 300 grams (boneless, but not bad)
Ginger-garlic paste
Carrots
Capsicum
Cabbage leaves
Chili garlic sauce
Soy sauce
Ginger pepper powder
Spring onion
Cornflower
METHOD:
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic. Then add chopped onion. Stir well and add chicken pieces. Add salt and ginger garlic paste as per taste. Now add 2.5 liters of water and let it boil for 5 minutes. Now boil the chicken pieces well and keep it aside and add sweet corn, beans, cabbage, capsicum, carrots and keep stirring. Now add 2 spoons of chili garlic sauce, soy sauce and pepper powder and a little turmeric flakes and mix well. Now tear the boiled chicken with your hands. Now mix it in the soup. Now in another bowl, dissolve one and a half spoons of cornflour in half a cup of water and mix it in the soup. Now boil the soup well and turn off the gas. Now fry the boiled noodles well in oil. So that they are crispy. Now sprinkle spring onions on top and mix well. But don't overheat it. Spread the noodles before serving. Pour the soup into bowls and add the noodles just before serving. Only then will the crunchiness be maintained.
