❤️Ingredients:-
Boiled potatoes - 5 potatoes
Flour - 3 cups
White oil
Salt, sugar to taste
Jeer powder - half a teaspoon
Coriander powder - half a teaspoon
Dried chili powder - half a teaspoon
Green chili - half a teaspoon
Coriander leaves - half a teaspoon
Garlic spices - half a teaspoon
Ghee
❤️Method:-
Mix 3 cups of flour with 1.5 teaspoons of salt, 2.5 teaspoons of sugar and 1/4 cup of white oil. Now keep kneading the dough with sufficient water. Now keep this mixture for 20-25 minutes. Now cut the lechi into large pieces. Meanwhile, mix the boiled potatoes with cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, salt to taste, garam masala, chopped raw chili and chopped coriander leaves. Now mix the potatoes with ghee in a pan and stir. You can add a little kasoori methi. When the base is mixed, remove it. Now mix the lechi that you have made from the flour mixture with the flour powder. Now carefully fill the potato filling inside it. Now first wrap it in a wax shape. Then roll it into a round shape. You will see that you can roll it into a beautiful round shape. You can also roll your daily bread in this way. Now put the paratha in the pan and fry it well. When it is cooked, spread ghee on the sides and fry it lightly. The paratha is ready.
❤️ Cauliflower paratha:-
❤️Ingredients:-
2 cauliflower
1.5 cups flour
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
4 red chili peppers
1 teaspoon ginger paste
Chopped coriander leaves
Chai
2 tablespoons ghee
1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
As needed White oil for frying parathas
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
❤️Method:-
Take the cauliflower parallets and grind them. Add the crushed chilies and add the cauliflower.
In this method, fry them well with Kashmiri red chili powder.
After that, add them in large quantities if you want them to be fried.
Make a batter with coriander leaves and lemon juice from time to time.
After that, cool the paste.
Take flour and flour in a bowl and add white oil and mix well.
Fill the cauliflower filling well.
After this, change them into parathas. Then fry them well and serve.

❤️Ingredients:-
Flour: 2.5 cups
Oil or ghee: 2 tablespoons
Salt: to taste
Minced meat: 250 grams
Oil: 2 tablespoons
Chopped onion: 1 cup
Juminary seeds: 1 teaspoon
Green chili paste: 1 tablespoon
Ginger, garlic paste: 2 teaspoons
Chili powder: Half a teaspoon
Chaat masala: 2 teaspoons
Chopped coriander: Half a cup
❤️Recipe method:-
First, mix flour, ghee or oil, a little salt together in a bowl. Mix well with enough water. Cover with a dry cloth. First, heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, chopped onion. Fry well and add ginger-garlic paste. When it is slightly fried, add minced meat. Keep stirring well. When the water from the mince dries up, add all the powdered spices one by one. Mix well and let the mince boil with a little water. When done, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on top and keep aside.
This time, make a little bigger lechi from the dough. When the mince is cold, fill the mince filling in the lechi.
Many people use oil or ghee to roll the luchi-parota. But in the case of stuffed paraota, it is better to roll the paraota with dry flour. That way, there is no fear of the paraota bursting and the filling coming out.
This time, just spread ghee or white oil in a pan and fry the paraota. It is not bad to eat hot mince paraota with sour curd, mint chutney or pickle.
